Watercolour commission finished. A real challenge this one as the only photo I had was of the horse with bridle and plaits! So had to improvise. You’ll see that I started in an earlier blog to copy the image exactly but then the client wanted his mane down and no bridle!! So it was a real journey of improvise and compromise to make sure I didnt end up with a painting that doesnt look like the favourite loyal and very treasured horse.
Pleased to say the client was speechless, which worried me for a minute!! But eventually said, ‘It’s cracking’ 
phew!
Looking forward to collecting from the framers Thorian Framing and delivering to the client (this client is in his 90’s in a local retirement home so can not drive so the service has been above and beyond)
